The CEO has completed a B.E. in Electrical Engineering and effectively applies this technical expertise in the agricultural waste–to–energy sector. With a strong understanding of power systems, electrical machinery, and energy management, he is involved in designing, operating, and optimizing systems that convert agricultural residues into usable energy. This includes integration of biomass-based power generation, biogas systems, and energy-efficient electrical controls for agri-processing units. By utilizing crop residues and farm waste, the Director promotes sustainable energy solutions that reduce environmental pollution and provide additional income opportunities for farmers. The role bridges agriculture and renewable energy, supporting circular economy principles and sustainable rural development.
Dr. Subodh Dhonde
Chief Technical Officer, Project
He is a carbon project developer and forestry expert focused on building bankable, high-integrity nature-based carbon assets. With a PhD in Forestry, he specializes in structuring and delivering AFOLU carbon projects—including ARR, IFM, agroforestry, and biochar—aligned with leading international standards such as Verra and Puro.earth. He brings strong capability in carbon sequestration modeling, MRV system design, and geospatial analytics, ensuring projects are technically robust, auditable, and investment-ready. His experience includes supporting World Bank–aided climate and agriculture programs, with hands-on exposure to safeguards, risk management, and large-scale implementation. Dr. Subodh advances a pipeline of climate-positive projects that combine measurable carbon removals, scalable land-use models, and long-term value creation for investors, developers, and landholders.
Mr. Pravin Thawali

He has significant experience in the manufacturing of paper mill machinery, with expertise in equipment design coordination, fabrication, quality control, and project execution. Additionally, he is an exporter of disc filters for water treatment, supplying advanced filtration solutions for agricultural and industrial applications. These disc filters are effectively utilized in agri-waste management, wastewater treatment, and water recycling systems supporting agribusiness operations. The integration of industrial manufacturing expertise with agricultural applications enables the development of efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions for waste reduction, water conservation, and resource recovery. This experience contributes to strengthening agri-based enterprises through improved waste handling, environmental compliance, and sustainable business practices.
Mr. Vitthalrao D. Gawande

He is a progressive farmer (large land holding farmer) and agripreneur, with strong experience in agricultural production and farm management. With practical knowledge of crop planning, soil and water management, and post-harvest handling, he effectively integrates traditional farming practices with modern technologies. He has expertise in sustainable agriculture, quality improvement, and value addition to enhance farm productivity and farmer income. He is committed to building a farmer-centric agribusiness that supports rural development and delivers safe, high-quality agricultural produce to the market.
Miss Priyanka Pradiprao Nimbhorkar

She holds a B.Sc. in Horticulture and comes from a strong agricultural background. With sound academic training and practical exposure, she has good knowledge of horticultural crop production, including fruits, vegetables, nursery management, soil health, irrigation practices, and post-harvest handling. Growing up in a farming environment has provided practical understanding of field-level challenges and sustainable cultivation practices. In addition to agriculture, she is engaged in providing renewable energy solutions for the agricultural and allied sectors, supporting energy-efficient irrigation, post-harvest operations, and sustainable farm enterprises. She strongly committed to promoting innovative, farmer-centric, and environmentally responsible agricultural development.
Miss Vandana Anjikar
Chief operating officer, IT sector
She did Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) and her expertise effectively utilized in agriculture by integrating information technology with farm management and agribusiness operations. The qualification supports the use of digital tools for farm record management, crop planning, data analysis, and decision-making. Knowledge of computer applications helps in adopting precision agriculture practices, managing databases related to soil health, inputs, and yields, and improving traceability in agricultural production. Her skill are applied in developing digital marketing strategies, maintaining MIS systems, and facilitating farmer communication through online platforms.

A seasoned energy efficiency professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing energy efficiency roadmaps to meet statutory energy reduction targets. Proven expertise in leading comprehensive energy audits across chemical, textile, and building sectors, covering energy-intensive systems such as steam, pumping, compressed air, refrigeration, and HVAC. Highly skilled in energy baseline development, performance indicator formulation, and data-driven analytics to identify optimization opportunities. Well-versed in ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems and GHG emission with a strong ability to deliver innovative, business-specific energy reduction solutions.

He is currently pursuing PhD research on the application of AI in Indian agriculture and carbon technologies, with a strong interest in sustainable farming, climate resilience, and data-led decision systems with 19+ years of experience in software engineering, digital platforms, and large-scale technology delivery. His work spans agri-tech, AI-driven agriculture systems, climate risk modeling, and carbon credit platforms, including AI-powered MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, Verification) solutions for nature-based projects. He has led multi-domain initiatives across agri-inputs, farmer platforms, renewable energy, biofuels, and climate-focused digital infrastructure, combining deep engineering expertise with a mission-driven approach to sustainability and community impact.
