Carbon Credit Generation

The project is designed to comply with internationally recognized carbon methodologies for biochar-based carbon removal. Through robust monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) systems, we aim to generate premium-quality carbon credits suitable for voluntary carbon markets, ESG portfolios, and corporate net-zero commitments. The Vidarbha region comprises over 120 talukas, each with an average of ~75,000 ha of cultivated land and an estimated ~40,000 tonnes per annum (TPA) of recoverable agricultural biomass. This level of feedstock availability is sufficient to support at least one commercially viable, taluka-level agri-residue–based industrial unit (e.g., biochar, bioenergy, or biomass processing). A decentralized deployment model at the taluka scale enables secure feedstock supply, lower logistics costs, predictable plant utilization factors, and scalable replication, thereby presenting a strong investment case for distributed circular-economy infrastructure across Vidarbha.
